What is a QR code?⌄
A QR code is a square pattern your phone reads with the camera and turns into an action: open a website, join Wi-Fi, show a menu or add a contact. No app needed.
What is the difference between a static and a dynamic QR code?⌄
A static code stores the address itself, so it never changes and never expires. A dynamic code points to a short link you control: you can change the destination at any time without reprinting, and see how often it is scanned.
Do I need Pro?⌄
If you want a simple code for a Wi-Fi, a link, a contact or a profile that you will never change, the free version is enough. Pro pays off when the destination may change (a new menu, a PDF or Canva file, a new campaign), when you want to see who scans, when you want your logo, frames and colour gradients, or when you need more: wedding pages, quizzes for larger groups, many codes at once or print-ready files. What is free and what does Pro add?⌄

How do quizzes and polls work?⌄
You write the questions, show the QR code on a big screen and people join from their phone, with no app and no sign-up. You see the answers live with percentages, and in a quiz also a leaderboard. The free plan includes one poll or quiz; Pro removes the limits.
What is a wedding page?⌄
A small web page behind one QR code, with the programme, a map, accommodation and a form where guests confirm they are coming. You change it any time and the printed code stays the same.
Can I make many codes at once?⌄
Yes, in Pro. Upload a list (for example tables, rooms, tickets or products) and you get a code for each, ready to download.
Will my QR codes expire?⌄
Basic static codes never expire. Dynamic codes work during your plan and for 30 days after it ends, so a printed code does not stop working overnight.
Can I cancel at any time?⌄
Yes. In your account under Billing you cancel in a few steps, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If the price is the problem, we may offer a discount or the cheaper yearly plan before you decide.
Will a styled QR code still scan?⌄
We test the designs for scannability and raise the error correction automatically when you add a logo. Always test a printed code with your phone before you print many.
Do you store who scanned?⌄
We do not store IP addresses. Statistics are totals: time, country and type of device.
Can I scan a QR code with this site?⌄
Yes. The scanner opens your camera in the browser, or reads a photo of a code, and shows what is inside before you open anything.
